We have 20000 sqft swing floor factory capacity with 600 energetic men power. We have a strong merchandising team and high-profile QA department to take full liabilities for our confirmed orders and meet the standard quality as per buyer requirements.
Quality Assurance
Through our own professional quality control team, we assure that the items meet the requirements of the buyers. If buyer wants then we can also collaborate with the 3rd party Quality Inspection Teams nominated by the Buyer such as of SGS, AGS, AQL, BUREAU VERITAS, INTERTEK, GTEX, etc.
Knitting and Dying
We have our own source of Fabric Knitting and Dying facilities where fabric can made by the approval of BSCI Standard and Oeko-Tex Standard.

Lab Testing
All garments are being testing for color fastness, pilling, fiber composition etc. according to Buyer’s desire.
Quality Control Process
We have a strong quality control system where under each Merchandiser there is three full time QC’s and the QC’s do the in-line inspections in each section of production. All staffs are highly skilled with different category of garments and having minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in their respective fields of work. In a particular time of the day, our QA Supervisor checks the 30% garments those have been passed by our QC’s in each section. All the QC’s always check 100% goods. All the QC’s submit their daily reports to QA Supervisor with highlighting the major points. QA Supervisor submits their reports to the relevant Merchandisers in addition to Managing Director. Relevant Merchandiser ensures the correct QA packing to the QA Supervisor. After maintaining the above procedures, the Merchandiser carries out his own final inspection before the shipment.
